Dioctyl Phthalate (DOP) a clear, colorless, and almost odorless liquid. It is soluble in most organic solvents, insoluble in water. DOP is mainly used as a PVC plasticizer. It has good stability against heat, ultraviolet light, wide compatibility, and has excellent resistance to hydrolysis.
