偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)
TOTM is produced by esterifying 2-Ethylhexanol and Trimellitic anhydride. TOTM has low volatility, low migration, excellent electrical resistivity, and excellent heat resistance. Using TOTM in wires and cables meets the U.S.'s UL 62 105℃ class requirements. TOTM's migration and water extraction are lower than those of DIDP. Comparable to the flexibility of DOP, TOTM has lower cold resistance. Regarding PVC plastisol, under the same flexibility, the viscosity of plastisol made with TOTM as its base is lower than that made with DIDP. Regarding stability, when comparing TOTM with DOP, TOTM plastisol changes less, so it is considered more stable.
偏苯三酸三辛酯(TOTM)由2-乙基己醇和偏苯三酸酐酯化而成。TOTM具有低挥发性、低迁移性、优异的电阻率和出色的耐热性。在电线电缆中使用TOTM可满足美国UL 62 105℃等级要求。TOTM的迁移和水萃取低于DIDP。与DOP的柔韧性相当,但TOTM的耐寒性较低。对于PVC增塑糊,在相同柔韧性下,以TOTM为基础制成的增塑糊的粘度低于以DIDP制成的增塑糊。在稳定性方面,与DOP相比,TOTM增塑糊的变化较小,因此被认为更稳定。
Application: Special suitable for 105℃ PVC cable or wire, etc.
